Summer’s in full swing, which means the bikinis are out, the sun is shining and it’s officially beach weather. But, hand in hand with the hot weather comes a higher risk of dehydration. And with dehydration comes nasty things like a negative effect on our mood, energy levels and ability to think clearly. So, while Summer can be a really enjoyable time of year, there are certainly a lot of good reasons to keep an eye on our water intake. Here are a few practical tips that will see you reaching for another glass of H20 without even realising it.

SIP FROM A HIGH TECH WATER BOTTLE
If you’re ga-ga for gadgets like us, then you need to get your hands on a high tech water bottle.
